Every pair, hoodie and cap gets checked by hand in Hermosillo before it gets a price tag. Here’s exactly what we look at.
Box and labels
Box label, size tag and inner tag must match: style, colour, size, factory.
Shape and stitch
Toe box, heel height and stitch spacing measured against pairs we know are real.
UV lamp
Hidden guide marks, glue stains and swapped insoles light up under the lamp.
Materials
Leather grain, suede nap, foam density and the smell of the glue. Fakes smell different.
The tag is our signature
It hangs off every pair and stays there until you cut it. Size, condition and the initials of both people who checked it.
Questions we get at the counter
What if a pair fails a check somewhere else?
Send us the second opinion with photos. If it holds up, you get the full price back plus MX$1,000, and we pay the return shipping.
Do you check hoodies and caps too?
Yes. Labels, wash tags, stitching and embroidery density. Most fakes in apparel give themselves away on the wash tag.
Can I bring my own pair for a check?
Tuesday to Friday, free for anything you bought from us and MX$250 for anything else. Takes about 20 minutes.
Who does the checking?
Tadeo Ledezma checks every pair, Nayeli Yáñez checks every hoodie and cap. A pair needs both their initials on the tag before it ships.
Do you sell replicas or B-grade pairs?
Never. If we can’t prove a pair is real, we hand it back to the seller and tell them why.
